How the Bonus Scheme of MyGlobalFlowers Works

To benefit from our bonus points scheme, simply make a purchase! For each order, we credit bonus points to your account ranging from 3% to 5% of the purchase value.

Redeem Your Bonus Points

You can use bonus points across all our online stores, allowing you to cover up to 50% of the total cost.

Increase Your Bonus Points Amount

Once your total order value surpasses £200, the cashback increases to 4%. On reaching £400 in total orders, you'll receive a 5% cashback.

Award of Bonus Points

Bonus points are added to your account immediately following successful delivery.

Refund Policy for Bonus Points

In case of order cancellation, all points will be fully reinstated to your bonus account.

Bonus Points Expiry

In our bonus system, points are valid indefinitely :)

Paying with Bonus Points

When placing an order, sign in to your personal account and click on the "Pay with points" button. The system will automatically deduct the available points.

Check Bonus Points Balance

To view your bonus account balance, log in to your MyGlobalFlowers account. Your bonuses will be displayed there.

Please note: Bonus points hold no cash value and cannot be traded, sold, or transferred.
