Birthday Flowers for Mom

I ordered flowers for a colleague based in Seoul, and absolutely loved them. The local flower shop sent me a picture of the flowers (they added more in for me), and I received a confirmation of when it was delivered. The flowers were stunning!!

This was my first time ordering through the website. I live in Canada and needed a same-day delivery in Brazil. During the ordering process, the flowers I had selected were unavailable. Customer service emailed me, but since I was at work and dealing with the time difference, I wasn’t able to respond. That wasn’t a problem at all! The company took the initiative to authorize a substitution when they couldn’t reach me, and the bouquet turned out even more beautiful than I had expected. I highly recommend this company. 10 out of 10 for customer service!

Was relatively easy to order, but somehow the card was missed during the order placement. That was easily resolved through customer service chat. Excellent communication, delivered as requested and the flowers were beautiful.

The bouquet is beautiful. She is happy, I am happy, everyone is happy. The handwriting on the card is very good, neat, even and easy to read, I give 5 out of 5!
