Can I cancel the order?
You can cancel the order for any reason before it is moved to the status "Bouquet is assembling". The funds will be refunded to you in full. If the order has already been moved by the Contractor to the status "Submitted for delivery", you can return the goods.
What items can be returned
You can return almost all goods, except for the following list.
The following types of goods cannot be returned:
- Proper quality food products;
- Balloons;
- Perfumes and cosmetics;
- Goods of proper quality with signs of use, damaged configuration or packaging;
- Products with individual characteristics of proper quality. For example, you cannot return an engraved wallet or a bespoke piece of jewellery.
Can I return a flower arrangement or a bouquet?
We consider such goods non-refundable, but MyGlobalFlowers provides the opportunity to replace the delivered flowers. In case you are unhappy with any non-perishable item, please email uk@myglobalflowers.co.uk within 24 hours with a replacement request and a photo of the product.
In what time frame can I return the goods?
Products of proper quality (if you did not like it or if it did not fit).
You can return the product of proper quality within 7 days from the date of delivery. Products must be returned in new condition.
Goods of improper quality
The purchaser can ask for the return of the goods during the warranty period determined by the manufacturer. If the manufacturer does not specify the warranty period for the product, customers have 2 (two) years to return the item.
How to return the product?

Managers will respond to any inquiries you have and, if needed, will provide you with a return goods application. You have the option to download an app at this location. Complete the application form, include a picture of the item, and submit it to our office.
