Exact timing cannot be guaranteed, and standard deliveries are usually completed between 10:00 and 21:00 local time. If you have a special timing request, you can mention it in the order comments.

If the recipient misses the delivery in Glasgow, what happens next?

If the recipient misses the delivery, the courier will follow the best available option for that address. The flowers may be left somewhere safe, delivered to a neighbour, or returned until further instructions are confirmed. If a second delivery attempt is needed, an additional fee may be charged.
