How will you deliver my order?

All orders are delivered by couriers.

What if I don't know the recipient's address?

Don't worry: the recipient's phone number and city are enough for us to deliver. We will contact them ourselves and arrange a convenient time and place of delivery. Just tick the "I don't know the recipient's address" box when placing your order.

Please provide a local phone number in international format in this case (it should include the country code) and check all information carefully. If the information is incorrect, the delivery time and cost may change.

How much does the delivery cost?

The cost of delivery to remote areas is calculated automatically as soon as you enter the recipient's address when placing the order.

At the same time, if you have entered the wrong delivery city, or have entered it in the comment field instead of the delivery address field, and the delivery costs have not been calculated - the florist may charge an additional fee for the remote area and deliver the bouquet only after the full amount has been transferred.

How fast will the order be delivered?

The minimum delivery time is indicated for each item in its product card.

It may vary depending on the merchant or the recipient's address. You can find out the exact time when placing an order.

Can it be delivered at the exact time?

We cannot offer delivery at the exact time. Orders are delivered during the day from 10:00 to 21:00 local time. The minimum delivery interval may vary depending on the store. You can also specify your wishes for delivery time in the comments to the order, and the courier will do his best to meet your expectations.

Is there a round-the-clock delivery?

Some of our partners have round-the-clock delivery. You can specify the working hours of the delivery service of the selected store or when placing an order.

Can I order to another country?

Yes, we deliver orders to over 3500 cities worldwide.

To view the assortment in the recipient's city, select the delivery city in the top line of the website.

I want to surprise the recipient

For a surprise delivery, it is important to know exactly where the recipient will be. If the courier does not meet the recipient at the location, a second delivery will be charged separately.

Please note: In some countries, it is illegal to make a delivery without calling the recipient first. In this case, to keep the surprise effect, the courier will inform about the delivery without specifying that it will be flowers.

What delivery issues can possibly arise?

Recipient is absent

If the courier arrives at the specified address but the recipient is not at home, he/she can choose one of three options:

  • Leave the order at the door. The courier can leave the order at the door if it is safe to do so.
  • Give the order to a neighbour. If the recipient is not at home and the neighbours are willing to accept the order, the courier can give the order to them.
  • Return the order to the florist. If the neighbours are away, it is not safe to leave the delivery item under the door and the recipient is not available, the courier will take the order to the florist until further clarification.

Our representative will contact the recipient by phone or SMS to inform them of the location of the delivery item. Repeat deliveries are only possible with additional payment and a guarantee that the recipient will be at home.

The recipient can also pick up the delivery item at the florist.

Each country has its own delivery traditions, for example in the Netherlands, if the recipient is not at home, our courier will leave the bouquet with neighbors. He will leave a note on the door or a message on the answering machine or messenger with information on where the flowers can be picked up. This only applies to deliveries within the Netherlands to ensure that your gift is delivered on time and conveniently.

If you ordered a perishable item (for example, a bouquet or a food basket), then the same day re-delivery is paid separately. If you reschedule the delivery to the next day, the store may require you to re-pay for a new order.

The recipient's address is specified incorrectly

If the courier finds that the delivery address is incorrect or incomplete, the courier will call you or the recipient. If no contact is possible, the order will be returned to the florist.

The courier could not pass through security/checkpoint/intercom

In this case, the courier will contact you or the recipient. If the attempt is unsuccessful, the order will be returned to the store.

To avoid such situations, we recommend specifying features of access to the recipient in the comments section.

Due to the fact that the assortment of salons varies from country to country, the elements of decoration and packaging in the bouquet, candies/balloons/food baskets may differ from the sample in the picture.

Hotel Delivery Rules

Permission to deliver flowers

Before placing your order, please make sure that your hotel's policy permits the delivery of flowers and gifts. We cannot be held responsible if a receptionist refuses to accept a bouquet. Such situations are quite common in Turkey.

Information about the recipient

Before making a delivery, please ensure that the recipient's room number is registered in their name. Make sure your order details include

  • The room number.
  • Who owns the reservation.

This will make the process much easier and avoid unnecessary delays.

Re-delivery and pickup

If for any reason the room number and local phone number of the recipient are not provided and the recipient does not respond to the call, the courier will be forced to return the bouquet to the florist until further clarification. Re-delivery will only be possible upon additional payment and provision of the correct information (room number or name of the person for whom the order was made).

The recipient can also pick up the delivery item at the florist.

Hospital Delivery Rules

Permission to deliver flowers

Before placing an order, please ensure that the delivery of flowers and gifts to this medical facility is permitted by internal policy. We cannot be held responsible if a receptionist refuses to accept a bouquet. Please also note that couriers are not allowed on the hospital wards as this is a sterile area.

Information about the recipient

If the hospital has multiple departments, be sure to specify exactly where the delivery is needed. Please specify when placing your order

  • Hospital name and department name (e.g., surgery/ gynecology department. etc.).
  • Room number.
  • Patient's first and last name.

Detailed information will help the courier find the correct location and deliver the bouquet.

Re-delivery and pickup

In some cases there may be difficulties. If the courier arrives at the specified address and the receptionist states that the patient is not present or has been discharged and the recipient is not available for communication, the bouquet will be returned to the florist until further clarification. Re-delivery will only be possible after additional payment and correct information (ward name, room number and patient name).

The recipient can also pick up the delivery item at the florist.

Delivery rules during the siesta

In the countries of Southern Europe (Spain, Italy, Greece, Cyprus) the tradition of the siesta is widespread. Siesta is a period of rest or afternoon nap that lasts on average from 2 pm to 5 pm.

  • In countries with siesta orders are delivered during the florist's opening hours, from 10 am to 8:30 pm.
  • In some places you can order same-day delivery until 8 pm as florists tend to deliver flowers in the evening.
  • Some florists have two delivery periods a day – from 11 to 12 am and from 5 to 8 pm
  • Some florists only receive some flowers at noon, before the siesta, so they cannot be delivered in the morning, even if the flowers were ordered a few days before the specified date. We only deliver fresh flowers.
  • Some of our partner shops are small family businesses with only one person in the shop. Therefore, if you order additional goods: sweets, balloons, etc. and they are not available at the florist – they will only be able to deliver them after they buy them in the shop during the siesta, i.e. in the afternoon.
