FAQ

Is same-day flower delivery available in Peterborough?

Yes, same-day delivery may be available in Peterborough for selected bouquets and delivery addresses. The first available option appears during checkout, and earlier orders usually have the best chance of being delivered the same day.

Do you deliver to Bretton, Orton, Werrington and other parts of Peterborough?

Yes, deliveries are available across Peterborough, including Bretton, Orton, Werrington and nearby areas. If the address is in a larger apartment building, a gated property or a more remote location, it helps to add clear delivery details so everything can be arranged without unnecessary delays. Delivery charges can also change once the full address is entered at checkout.

Are there delivery time options available in Peterborough?

Delivery date options are shown during checkout, where you can choose the most suitable day for the order. Exact time windows are not guaranteed, and standard deliveries usually take place between 10:00 and 21:00 local time. If you want the flowers to arrive within a certain period, add that request in the order comments.

What does the courier do if the recipient is unavailable in Peterborough?

If no one is home when the bouquet arrives, the courier may leave it in a safe place, give it to a neighbour, or return it to the florist depending on the circumstances. If the delivery needs to be arranged again later, an additional delivery fee may apply.

Can you deliver flowers to hospitals, offices or funeral directors in Peterborough?

Yes, flowers can be delivered to hospitals, offices and similar venues in Peterborough, provided the delivery details are complete. For hospitals, it helps to include the hospital name, department, room number and the patient’s full name. For offices, the company name and reception details are usually enough to make delivery easier.
