Ice cream

I never know where to find funeral flowers; they weren’t listed under Occasions. I selected an appropriate bouquet, but when I placed the order it was mandatory to enter the recipient's phone number (he has died and I don't know the funeral director's number - I live in America and am sending flowers to Lithuania). There was no place to sign the card, which I was expecting, and suddenly the order went through. The flowers were delivered without a sympathy card. It all turned out alright, but I was concerned. Not very user-friendly in my view. But thank you - you always do a wonderful job!

Prompt response to my email. My order was despatched even though I missed the confirmation email. Great service.

The Teddy Bear looked less cute in real life than in the provided photo, but everything else is perfect. Great customer experience.
