I was really touched by how they wrapped the orchid - the paper and ribbon looked so gentle. I kept looking at it, feeling warmth from the gift.

The service was good and delivery went smoothly. The flowers looked nice, though I was hoping for a bit more brightness.

The flowers look neat and pretty, just what I wanted for a gift without any extras.
