Tender Peach

My daughter is studying in Moscow and lives in a hall of residence, and we’re a long way away. The order was easy to place - everything was clear and straightforward to choose. The bouquet was assembled and processed quickly, and they sent a photo of the finished arrangement. But the note 'photo at delivery' was in the order, on which I relied. In reality, no photo was taken because the delivery was by taxi, not by a courier. That, of course, spoiled the experience. I would like to know about such variations in advance - I would have asked for a photo of someone from among my daughter's friends.
