FAQ

Are same-day bouquets available for delivery in York?

Yes, same-day bouquet delivery in York is available on selected orders. Availability is confirmed during checkout, and earlier booking usually gives you the widest choice of delivery options.

Do you deliver to Fulford, Acomb, Heworth and other parts of York?

Yes, deliveries are available across York, including Fulford, Acomb, Heworth and nearby areas. If the address is in a larger apartment building, a gated property or a more remote location, it helps to add clear delivery details so everything can be arranged without unnecessary delays. Delivery charges can also change once the full address is entered at checkout.

Can I choose a delivery date or time slot in York?

You can choose the delivery date during checkout and review the available delivery options before placing the order. Exact delivery times are not guaranteed, and standard deliveries are usually made during the day, between 10:00 and 21:00 local time. If timing is especially important, it is worth adding your request in the order comments.

What happens if nobody is available to receive the flowers in York?

If nobody is available to receive the flowers, the courier will choose the most appropriate available option. The bouquet may be left in a safe place, passed to a neighbour, or taken back to the florist until delivery can be completed. If redelivery is required, an extra delivery fee may apply.

Can bouquets be sent to offices, hospitals or funeral homes in York?

Yes, bouquets can be sent to hospitals, workplaces and similar addresses in York as long as the order includes full delivery details. For hospital orders, the hospital name, ward or department, room number and patient name are especially useful. For office deliveries, the company name and front desk details are usually enough.
