The flowers arrived fresh and beautiful, on the scheduled day and within the scheduled time. They notified us of the delivery for peace of mind. Total success. Thank you.

Flowers are beautiful, great overall communication and delivery on time as requested. Thank you. Unfortunately the wrong chocolate was delivered (Rafaello instead of Lindt pralines) but she likes them, too. So it's okay for me. Thank you and greetings from Germany. See you for the next order.

the bouquet is great, the delivery was almost on time, everything's great

This was my first time ordering through the website. I live in Canada and needed a same-day delivery in Brazil. During the ordering process, the flowers I had selected were unavailable. Customer service emailed me, but since I was at work and dealing with the time difference, I wasn’t able to respond. That wasn’t a problem at all! The company took the initiative to authorize a substitution when they couldn’t reach me, and the bouquet turned out even more beautiful than I had expected. I highly recommend this company. 10 out of 10 for customer service!
