The exact colour of the roses that were shown in the photo wasn't available. But they assembled a bouquet from other roses that, in fact, turned out to be even cooler and more beautiful! I would recommend the app and the company. Thank you, we really liked it!

This was my first time ordering through the website. I live in Canada and needed a same-day delivery in Brazil. During the ordering process, the flowers I had selected were unavailable. Customer service emailed me, but since I was at work and dealing with the time difference, I wasn’t able to respond. That wasn’t a problem at all! The company took the initiative to authorize a substitution when they couldn’t reach me, and the bouquet turned out even more beautiful than I had expected. I highly recommend this company. 10 out of 10 for customer service!

Was relatively easy to order, but somehow the card was missed during the order placement. That was easily resolved through customer service chat. Excellent communication, delivered as requested and the flowers were beautiful.
