This was my first time ordering through the website. I live in Canada and needed a same-day delivery in Brazil. During the ordering process, the flowers I had selected were unavailable. Customer service emailed me, but since I was at work and dealing with the time difference, I wasn’t able to respond. That wasn’t a problem at all! The company took the initiative to authorize a substitution when they couldn’t reach me, and the bouquet turned out even more beautiful than I had expected. First Time I used this service to send flowers to my sister in Italy from USA. Very easy to use, nice selection of flower arrangements at reasonable prices and no crazy add-on fees during checkout. The delivery charge of USD 12 for Milan delivery is cheaper than delivery fees in the USA.
