the bouquet is great, the delivery was almost on time, everything's great

This was my first time ordering through the website. I live in Canada and needed a same-day delivery in Brazil. During the ordering process, the flowers I had selected were unavailable. Customer service emailed me, but since I was at work and dealing with the time difference, I wasn’t able to respond. That wasn’t a problem at all! The company took the initiative to authorize a substitution when they couldn’t reach me, and the bouquet turned out even more beautiful than I had expected. I highly recommend this company. 10 out of 10 for customer service!

Was relatively easy to order, but somehow the card was missed during the order placement. That was easily resolved through customer service chat. Excellent communication, delivered as requested and the flowers were beautiful.

The delivery guy was on time and very polite. My mom was really happy to see the bouquet of red roses in that beige box. She said they looked very elegant and fresh. Overall it was a smooth experience with no issues.
